I make and purchase all of my books through HeritageMakers.com. You have two options if you wish to do books through them:
1) I can sign you up for an account. This way you pay their price for the product + shipping. For the first month you have a free membership to the Premier Program which is what you will want to have if you make a book. After the first month, if you want Premier, you will have to purchase it for $25 a month. What's nice about this is you can make other books as well.
2) I can make the book for you and send you proofs during the process. I pay for the monthly membership so you don't need to worry about that. The price per book is typically an additional $100 (for the first book and original price for any more purchases of the same book) to the list price on their site. If you have looked around at having books made, you will see that this is an INCREDIBLE deal!
